This is an exciting time as we're looking to recruit a Community Pioneer.​​​​​

The successful applicant will work in partnership with the Vicar, PCC, and wider congregation, to lead, develop, and coordinate mission and evangelism within the parish of St Philip's, Tunbridge Wells, with the aim of demonstrating God's love, making disciples, and growing the church.

​​

The post holder will be a part of the Pastoral Leadership Team, encouraging the whole Church in worship, discipleship, fellowship, pastoral care, mission, and evangelism.

​​

They will work towards the church's vision, to see 'Heaven on Earth in Sherwood and Beyond' and will embody and promote the church's culture and values.
